In 2010, Mike became a real estate sales agent. He learned from the old and current prospecting & marketing methods and applied them to Mobile and Facebook marketing.

In 2016, Facebook opened Messenger to developers, and Mike started building automated conversation tools (Chatbot Builders) for Facebook Advertisers. This then enabled Advertisers to build Messenger Lists conversationally and engagingly, which made lead follow-up much more effortless.
